The personal struggles that built Bad Child’s debut album Free Trial.

Bad Child opens up about loss and challenges of self-doubt that shaped him to be the artist he is today.

On this episode of Serious Talks, Bianca Jada goes beyond the music with singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Bad Child as he discusses overcoming loss, self-doubt, and childhood health issues.

His 19-track debut album, Free Trial, is a work of art, and a sort of coming-of-age story that allows a genuine insight into who this young talent is. Watch the interview above!

“I felt directionless, like there was no one to tell me where I should go or what I should do. [But] it’s funny, ever since I was young, I always knew I needed to make art because that was the way I could truly express myself and understand my emotions and feelings.”
