Thé ExtraVaganza Music Festival 2022 is located 45 Minutes West of Edmonton, Alberta, in beautiful Lac. Ste. Anne County.
With 4 days of Camping, Music, Arts Installments, Workshops, Movement Artists, and Incredibly Music!
18+ Event. Valid ID, Proof of Age, and Ticket is required for entry onto the Event Grounds.
Park, set up, enjoy! It’s best to convoy with all your friends; then have the best chance to set up together!
The festival is a Stay and Camp event; FSCS, so the earlier you arrive, the closer you will be to the event grounds! Camping spots are provided with your General Admission tickets, and all camping is with your vehicle. You will drive in, pass through security, and be directed to the closest available camping.
What to Expect:
Early Entry Ticket Holders can arrive anytime after gates open at 9am on Thursday, July 14!
The Event Grounds open at 11am, with Music Starting at 2pm.
All Early Entry Ticket Holders must have a General Admission (GA) Ticket which provides access to the event for the entire weekend! GA Tickets are also the Camping Pass.
General Admission Entry
Don’t have an Early Entry Pass? No Problem.
GA Ticket Holders can arrive anytime after gates open at 9am on Friday, July 15!
Can’t arrive Friday? GA Ticket Holders can arrive anytime Friday, Saturday or Sunday, between the hours of 9am and 11pm!
Better to arrive early though; camping spots will fill up fast and you the longer you wait, the further back you’ll be from the Event Grounds Entrance.
Camping is provided with your GA Pass, and provides you will a tent site and parking.
You will be ushered by our staff to the best camping spot available!
There is no holding of spots so we recommend you arrive at the same time as your friends and car pool whenever possible!
The Camp sites are 20′ x 20′ with 2 parking stalls.
There is enough space for over 2,000 attendants to camp and park! Get comfy and enjoy the weekend!
Mobile Home/RV Parking
Anyone that is interested in bringing their RV/Mobile Home must have a Valid RV Pass.
This provides you the ability to have any camper > 20′.
Camper vans less than 20′ are allowed to camp with just their GA Ticket.

Amenities & Facilities
We have a beautiful private 10 stall shower trailer rented for your convenience.
The trailer is split in half, 5 women’s stalls and 5 men’s stalls!
All Temporary Facilities are being provided by our incredible sponsor, Standstone Waste & Water Services Ltd! See the Blog Poster for more details and all their information, HERE!
Throughout the weekend, you can expect to see their trucks on site:
Daily servicing of the toilets!
Filling up water stations!
Filling up & pumping out the shower trailer!
Filling up water for the Foam Cannons & Slip-n-Slide!
On entry, everyone must pass through a security check. They will be searching for contraband, outside alcohol, illegal and illicit material, weapons, and anything else that may be harmful to yourself or others.
All Ticket Holders must provide proof of purchase, the email confirmation must be shown and verified on entry.
All Ticket Holders must provide valid proof of age prior to entering the Festival Grounds (event and camping areas).
Each day when you enter the Event Grounds, all bags will be searched and water bottles/bags must be empty or unopened prior to entry.
This ensures safety for everyone and so we meet AGLC requirements.
We are currently in the process of working with AGLC to receive our Special Event License for private liquor sales.

Thé ExtraVaganza Music Festival will be a cash only event! You may bring your own cash.
There will be ATMs setup within the Event Grounds for your convenience.
We are incredibly grateful to have Alpha Medics as a sponsor this year! They are volunteering their time and expertise to support in Thé ExtraVaganza Music Festival 2022.
They will be onsite with trained medics, first aid, and firefighters to aid in safety and support in Harm Reduction all weekend!
He believe it is critical to have a safe and supportive space for all our attendees and the community. As such, we have free Harm Reduction services provided in part by Alpha Medics and our exceptional volunteer staff.
Harm Reduction services include, a safe space sanctuary, free contraceptives, information about safe consumption, support details, and free contraceptives.

Safety of all participants is our number one priority, and we want to ensure you that we meet and exceed AGLC’s requirements for Security and Supervision.
We only hire trained and professional security staff that will be roaming the event and camping areas throughout the weekend.
